I think it should happen, the end of the year or the first quarter of the next.But maybe not quite a positive short-term outcome.Sideways for a long time.

I do not think the sharks will make the market fly high again. Because investors have learned all the shark's earning tips and they are always wary of that. Sharks will always be alert and give new tactics that worry investors. So we should not expect the market to be strong. that is a dream of vanity.

So, what kind of new tactics will be? Do you have anything in particular? ? Coz as far as I know, theres always been pumps and dumps, even if investors knew about this, still, the whales could make profit out of it and they will never change anything.

the problem with newbies like OP is that their brain only registers parts of the truth and they don't have the brain capacity to look at the whole chart.

for example OP is claiming bitcoin price keeps going down! if he were capable of looking at the charts he could have seen that price has not  been going down for a long time now. in fact last major drop happened months ago.

but his brain only registers the falls. for instance a while ago when price reached the bottom at $5800 the rise began and price went to $6400. OP's brain doesn't register this.
then price went down to $6100, he did register this.
then price goes up to $7400 he again ignored this then price fell to $6500 he did register this.
and so on, then he concluded that price is falling constantly failing to realize that price has been the same for months now with a small rise!

it is also possible that he is looking at an altcoin and seeing its dump he thinks bitcoin is dropping too. for instance when bitcoin reached $5800 ethereum was higher above $400 then it fell down to $350 then $300 then $250 and now it is struggling to sty above $200. and that is called "continually going down."

Quite true that bulls can be surprising but exciting because you make money real time without much stress. The market this year has been gloomy and it's every body's expectation to have the bulls. I see the bulls arriving in no distant time.

I think that we cannot perfectly predict the time of bull run but the signs are good for me, i mean market has been in consolidation and bears are slowly loosing steam, i think for bulls to dominate they should show nice movements starting from the last part of this month.

Too many people getting excited when the first market bounces happen, this could be a signal that it could take much longer than many people expect.

Bull run on a price range yeah but not on the overall market condition. This is very much expected from all standpoint when it comes to experienced trader or investor's perspective. This is a healthy one in my opinion as we have to go through this process before we hit the point we want to achieve.

Why you think that 2019 will be a good year for crypto market? I know that you believe in crypto market and you're hoping that crypto market will retrieve asap but I think you shouldn't hope so much cause maybe it'll make you disappointed when it won't be the same as you want.
