Brother it is all manipulated.  Stocks, forex, crytpo, gold.... The list goes on and on.  You probably have never witnessed a real functioning and un-manipulated market in your entire life. If they manipulate it down they will manipulate it up eventually when the shorts take it too far.

Brother it is all manipulated.  Stocks, forex, crytpo, gold.... The list goes on and on.  You probably have never witnessed a real functioning and un-manipulated market in your entire life. If they manipulate it down they will manipulate it up eventually when the shorts take it too far. 

The manipulators have been manipulating the market for money. By fool other through manipulating the market and you can take a lot of opportunity and advantage from the market. They used their own brain to manipulate the market. Anything can be manipulated and OP must understand if that can't be controlled even through the regulation process.

While most bitcoins will be concentrated on 100 wallets so far and we will see such manipulations of the entire cryptocurrency market. Nobody can regulate the whales' desire to sell their bitcoins. On the other hand, we would not receive such volotility and earning opportunities.

don't fool yourself, nothing about manipulation and pump and dumps is legal and it never is going to be legal. in fact manipulation is one of the most illegal things that you can find around here because literary all around the world they consider it as illegal and they can prosecute you if they catch you doing it.

the fact that the market is unregulated makes it harder to catch the manipulators and pump and dumpers. that is why pump and dumps happen purely in altcoins since altcoin exchanges where pumps occur don't require KYC.

Manipulation is illegal in most cases but in crypto, because of a decentralized environment, manipulators had freely done their business in manipulating the pump and dump crypto price, even we don't like it but they the best weapon to manipulate all things which are money and that is a reality.

I think you are misusing the term legal here. Manipulation is "legal" only as far as the whole market is not regulated and not downright illegal. In other words, it is mostly in a gray area of sorts, where the notions of legality are not fully applicable as such. Here, everything is kind of legal which is not declared as outright illegal by whoever has control over the market.

Besides, manipulation is prospering and thriving even on regulated markets as gray areas exist there too. And sometimes, even the biggest exchanges like CME get caught with shady practices like front-running the orders of their clients, insiders trading, cornering, and doing a lot of other things most of us have never heard of.

Let it be free.  The other option is regulations.  I for one don't wan't that.  If the market is manipulated then play the manipulation instead of asking for protection.  Hell a manipulated market may actually be even easier to play.  I think we all just need to man up and stop looking for others to protect us.

Look, I understand that you are worried about the manipulation going on in this market and I think it's natural but at the same time it is something that you need to accept, what are you going to do? The only thing that you can do is to get out of the market but if you are going to get out of the market of cryptocurrencies because there is manipulation then you will need to get out of all the markets around the world.

Just to give you an example in my country it is very common that politicians buy a lot of land before a big project begins to be constructed, since they have contacts they know where the construction is going to take place so they can buy for a very cheap price and then they resell the land just a few months later for 10 times the price.

Regulations may serve different purposes. They can make matters considerably worse or they may alleviate them significantly. It all depends. With that said, you may be able to take advantage of these manipulations if you are lucky enough or they can take advantage of you if you are not. But ultimately, in the long haul, this is not very good for the markets because people will stay away from so rigged markets. No one wants to lose his money, and even more so when someone else steals it from them as this is what happens when the market is manipulated in one way or the other. As they say, once bitten twice shy.

Government regulates fiat currency through banks so that there are different types of accounts that can be opened depending on their purposes, like current or savings accounts etc and how much that can be transferred into them or withdrawn, those are regulations.

the only purpose of market manipulation is to benefit the greedy person. That is how they lure small traders to take part in their flow. I have never heard if manipulation is legal, it is nonsense. At first I thought that crypto market would be free from manipulation, but my guess was wrong. Because apparently there are also people who try to manipulate the crypto market.

99% of every profit made on crypto are due to manipulation.
If we were not to manipulate, the price of almost every coins need to be fixed and unchangeable while some of the tokens pegged to profit of a project need to increase with the amount of profit made by the company, in reality such is not even 1%.

I don't think there is a way these manipulators can be checked. Unlike a regulated money or capital market where anybody that involves himself in this kind of malpractice can be sanctioned by SEC, nothing like that in cryptocurrency this is one of the reasons why a little bit of regulation in the crypto space won't hurt the genuine partakers of crypto.

Of course it is very different from other stock markets or that involve investment, because other stock markets are very legitimate in the eyes of the government so they get protection to be cleaner than actions that can harm many people such as manipulation, in the crypto market such things are very free to explore without laws and government attention to further clean up market manipulation, if that can make a lot of people lose, illegal manipulation in this market.
