Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

No use of these member counts for any business because I too notice nowadays in my account some new groups are added. As soon as I see those new groups on my list first thing I will do is report as a SPAM. If I'm not wrong most of the people does the same thing so your group tagged as spam group.

Also, if you buy a paid members then no use for your business. It is based on my experience.
