Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

if there is an actual "cryptocurrency hack" then there is nothing you can do to solve it. the project is broken and will be dead. as it has happened a couple of times in the past with some altcoins that died because they were flawed.

but if you are talking about the "hacks" such as exchange hacks, you getting your hot wallet hacked,... then it is the person's fault not the system and you can't solve that issue with an application!
for example when people keep their bitcoins in a hot wallet on their desktop without any passwords and they download viruses, an "app" can not fix it! they should have thought ahead and used cold storage in first place.

What do you mean "solve cryptocurrency hacks"?

Do you want to find out who is hacker or avoid being hacked?

As I know, we can't know who is hacker. But we can avoid being hacked by some methods. You can search some keywords as "avoid hacking", "protect your wallet", or somethings else like that.

Hacking is one of the biggest issues faced by crypto exchanges and individuals these days. According to a report, there have been more than 12 great hacks which have taken place since 2014. Most of us are already aware of Coincheck hack where the exchange lost more than $500 Millions. Securing our platforms from these issues is tough. As the market continually grows, the number of scams are increasing.

Incodium coin (INCO) is built to provide compensation for exchange hacking damage an Incodium platform secures and increases the value of cryptocurrency market. Incodium’s underlying technology operates on Smart Compensation which offers one-stop solution against exchange hacking.

The INCODIUM connectivity platform is a revenue model which is offered for its users. The service is accessible through INCODIUM Mobile Wallet App. INCODIUM’s ecosystem sustains damage compensation services and offers its users to use several utility functions.

Where can you earn and spend INCO coins?

Crowd Buying

INCO’s built-in voting system offers crowdsourced purchases for high-valueditems. These items can be sold later while sharing profits.

Retail Payments

Incodium, Union Soft has partnered to build a POS software (patent pending) which allows INCO coin payments through the Incodium Mobile Wallet App.

Big Data

Users can receive rewards by offering data collection and watching advertisements.

E-Commerce

INCO coin holders will be benefitted with exclusive access to Incodium’s e-commerce platform that offers ‘coin back’ rewards.

This person is right, if a cryptocurrency is hacked, then the coin dies and it will certainly not be able to live again
but if the wallet exchanger is hacked, then it is purely an error from the exchanger who is unable to properly secure the user's funds

The term you used "cryptocurrency hack" is actually a very broad term. But honestly, there is no complete solution to any kinds of hacking. We don't need any "system" or "app" to solve such problems as those "system" or "app" might also become some sort of way for hackers to penetrate the system. No matter what "preparations" are taken, the criminals will always find a way out and breach the system. The best we can do is be extremely careful and during those event try to minimize the loss.

The blockchain technology introduce different kind of things to stop hacking. It will try to make a concrete software to protect. Till now nothing can protect hacking but very soon the problem will be solved.

Until now, hackers have become a scary thing for all of us cryptos, the only thing that can secure us from the hackers who threaten our wallets the best way is by using offline wallets that are not connected to internet networks, such as Ledgernano or other offline wallets

There are many fake application states that they are securing your wallet or something but do not believe any regulated application to keep your decentralised cryptocurrencies. I am not sure how much you believe this is correct.

When you are looking to avoid hacking issues just you need to read and follow those things mentioned in the wallet site or app. Nothing more you need to safe your funds on wallet.

As any cryptocurrency is actually a digital currency therefore there are plenty of various software for security purposes. By the way I am wondering which kind of hacks do you mean? Do you want just to protect yourself or you want to know how to protect an IT infrastructure of an exchange or a blockchain system? Anyway if you want to make a protected system you should protect every level of your system. I suppose that the easiest way is to use any good enough antivirus becuase it is easy to install, configure and use. A good antivirus has a set of modules which protect the all important parts of your operation system. If you want your PC to be more secured you need to use a special software beginning from an operation system (for example, Linux) and other special applications which protect almost all aspects of your IT activity.

Well i'm sure everything could be hacked. So i can recommend to use a separate device for wallets and exchanges. This would help decrease the risk of hack.

The only way to solve those crypto related hacks is to tighten the security for that specific app.

It can be a wallet or an exchange but the hacks that we are hearing on the news happens usually from those. And if ever there will be a crypto hack which directly points out to the crypto itself, I doubt it that it will survive just like what BitcoinHodler said it will be dead.

Unfortunately, cryptocurrency projects, exchanges, and investors take security lightly, even those that boast about Internet security and privacy (recent examples: Verge XVG, and Bitfi's crypto wallet). Generally, everything connected to the Internet could be hacked, cryptocurrencies networks are no exception. There is no solution, however, there are a lot of security measures that can be taken which lessens the chance of getting hacked.

P.S.: cyber security companies shouldn't put the word 'unhackable' any where in their description—it is like an open invitation for hackers to prove them wrong.

I don't think so, all we can do is really keep our assets in the wallet which of course we have privatekey, and this market is one of the sources of problems that we have not resolved until now, we have an address but it does not have the privatekey and of course, when the market is hacked, our balance has a 90% risk to be hacked especially if in large numbers

Anything that is connected to the Internet has a risk of hacking attached to it and although most cryptocurrencies have very secure Blockchains, a lit of hackers have often found vulnerability in several smart contracts. However if a cryptocurrency gets hacked, I believe that will be the end of that project

I think there is no system or application to solve hacking.
all we need to do is be careful to enter the site and place a private key in a safe place.

Hackers are like unwanted guests snd they come when you least expected so be cautious, always heightened your security on your wallet.
So far, I didn't see any app that caters this and even ico doesn't create this kind of ptoduct, maybe it will take a lot of energy to have a successful operating app. It's crucial, honestly.

yeah, i agree with your opinion,
if there is hacking in an exchange it is purely an exchange error that cannot secure the assets of their users.

it is very difficult to solve the exchange hacking solution, because no matter how sophisticated the exchange technology is. if the exchange does just a little mistake the hacker will take the opportunity to drain the assets that are in it.

I don't think there is any complete solution that can stop hacking for now but very soon we may get one.
