 It's very ridiculous to say that Ethereum would fall to $10,apart from the stringent competition it's facing these days it can never fall back to that level because of the smart contract  capability, many ICO projects are depended on the Ethereum blockchain to survive.

it may be falling now but we can also see that it goes up.
ETH is not a failure with 2018, the year has not yet come to end.

If you see now that etherum has failed in 2018, but there are still a few months for etherum to recover its price this year, I think etherum will improve by the end of this year, my estimate for the 11th and 12th months of etheral prices will stabilize. , this is only an estimate because of my own beliefs.

Ethereum lost a lot from it`s value and market share in 2018 but it is farm from the end. ETH is one of the most trusted
coins with great community behind and it will recover and it is not likely  we will ever see $10 price again for ETH.

the whole market is going down, due to ETF rejection, and lots of fud circulating right now
that everyone believes and panic selling what ever they had, and in the end they loose a lot

I think that we will not see such a price. The team is slowly developing its project, but in the future on the ethereum platform improvements will be introduced. Competitors are also slowly developing their projects.

I think eth currently only relies on erc20 tokens and I can't imagine if all erc20 tokens start leaving eth platform, then there is no future for eth.

I read today few news about this. Some influential people do not believe in Ethereum. But I think that it is not a true. Somebody want to decrease Ethereum price.
