well my bad,
i just felt angry whenever i saw this kind of project popped out from no where and asking our money without a sufficient effort.
even they do not do some research before making this,
it is very obvious that paypal won't make any kind relationship with cryptocurrency since ages ago because they are afraid of it.

I think this can be a good proof that the project is likely to be a scam. Dev is online and just posting an info about wallet although there are lots of queries about their project, which likely because they can't answer it
