Agreed. If the founders have not enough of their own money to list on exchanges & monitoring sites, they have no business starting a project. Anyone asking for presale funds before exchange listing is 99% scam or doomed for project failure.
A lot of these scam assholes are just starting new coins and repeating it over and over. If the coin is hard to mine, POS/MN only or they are asking some ridiculus presale amounts ($ thousands), it's likely a scam.

for those who mined early on. We have managed to get two exchange listings, so far.
Soft-fork at block 25000...
fly on over to the discord to see how the community have kept alive this blockchain, and the team are developing a real-world use-case for it.

QBase is very much alive and is beginning to thrive.
Website is https://qbase.me
Ann is https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5047764.msg46729383#msg46729383

Many of us who were scammed originally on QBS formed a community together to resurrect it with an actual use case we are pursuing.
Raskul has published the vision on https://qbase.me and plans to publish a whitepaper and roadmap when the first 15% emissions reduction occurs at block 60k.

This is a coin with a solid vision and a real world use case behind it. Join us for the forthcoming spectacular ride!
