Task Social Media Manager: -Provide engaging text, image and video content from the project for social media accounts -Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency -Build relationships with industry professionals and journalists -Stay up-to-date with digital technology trend -Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner -Collect and report suggestion -Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Medium, Instagram, Pinterest, and Youtube -Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to both spread our brand and our content and links -Manage paid ad campaigns, maintain a pre-determined budget, analyze data through marketing software & provide weekly performance reports -Listen and engage in relevant social discussion about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing customers and leads and from brand new audiences that don’t yet know us -Work alongside other marketers and content producers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience -Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence -Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target buyers -Liaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features -Build relationships with customers, potential customers.
Requirement: -English Mother tongue -Skilled with social media platform -Active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with a command of each network and their best practices -Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions -Bonus experience and skills include HubSpot, inbound marketing, and blogging
