There has always been scam ICOs and we had about the same scenarios even last year, and trust me, as the technology keeps advancing, scammers will keep devising different means to end up scamming people over and over again until maybe we start seeing some form of regulation.

I believe even though as we keep moving on and progressing over the years, we will still see new projects with great ideas coming up, so saying that we would stop seeing ICO is not something I would expect, but as the market gets saner and matured, we will over the years see more of solid projects and a reduction of scams.

That's not the worst but it can be the reality and fact that others can't accept.

It's given that most of them are really scam and if there are legit and operating those are the tough ones with support from real companies and developers who are dedicated to the project.
