I do not have any curiosity about whales and their games, I am sure it's the same as global politic games and maybe even the same people of group of them take a part in one and another.
I am more curious about the price prediction. Before I was sure that positive news about bitcoin adoption or something like "Samsung will accept bitcoin" work as pump to the price and negative news work oppositely. But with time I see only negative news affect and bitcoin development and spreading news stay kinda unseen. What's the deal?

I wonder if there are is a distinction between what I feel are tabloid mysteries that actually have very little to do with the organic growth and development of the Bitcoin network and the actual academic mysteries that may impact long-term directions.

I think speculation on who the whales are, or even who Nakamoto was/were, belong to the former category. Perhaps the makeup and motivations of the current crop of core developers, and the priorities of BIPs, the peer reviewers, testers, maybe even node operators. Maybe these belong to the latter?

When do politics and economy transform from mere speculation and conjecture to serious considerations?

this is a huge world to do business with or understand it in over night that is why people get confused but if you analyzed it will you will not find it this much unknown so there is no reason to consider it very mysterious

The one mystery which I hope never gets solved is Satoshi's identity. It will be a downer if his identity is found out. It wouldn't be so bad if he decides to reveal it himself.
Others which I would love to be found out include tether's role in the entire bull rally and whether there actually are dollars backing tether.

Honestly, who really care about them ? What I am more worried about now is to see the market become less speculative and then see some level of real life usage. As long as we get to see this, I am sure even the whales hand will be a whole lot folded when it comes to manipulating the market in a way they want to.

Market is a whole lot going to develop as time goes on and will definitely not be what it is today. The mystery now is how the government is actually going to be able to make everything go smoothly, without giving up control and at the same time accepting the blockchain technology and cryptocurrency. I guess that is something we will get an answer to in the future.

popularity and controversy is increasing which causes many people to flock to find out who exactly is the originator of this digital currency until finally prices can be very high, not only that even the mysterious figure of the creator of bitcoin is the object of research by experts to explore further.

Only people who will continue to complain about everything will be bothered about the "mysteries*. Its even safe to say its what you looking for that becomes a mystery to you, if you don't bother about it, its just there and not anything close to being a mystery. For me, I understand that its OK not to have all the answers. Its OK for some questions to remain unanswered over a long period of time and most importantly, its more profitable to make earnings from the crypto eco system with the established model (trading being the most important of them all) from those who go about looking for answer that you ended up in more mystery than you originally have.

Well, I am sure regarding the aspect of who the whales are, I am sure no way will come out to tell us, "Oh yeah, market people, how have you been enjoying the market? I have been the one driving the price of the market daily and scaring some of you out ...” So, in this case, this will always be a mystery. How the market is manipulated however is nothing new and it is always a rinse and repeat process, of the whales buying the dips based on where they want to see market hold, and then drive it up to their expectation, then dump and repeat the process again.

I also wonder what do affect the prices in this manner we have got today? Why these percentages? What are the numbers based on? Someone still buying... Bitcoin has 3 billion dollars volume in 24h? What is this used for? What gives this value?

By far biggest mystery is who is Satoshi. What was his motivations to make Bitcoin and how actually all that happened.

By far biggest mystery is who is Satoshi. What was his motivations to make Bitcoin and how actually all that happened.

I think his motivation behind Bitcoin is as clear as it can be, which is to provide an alternative to everything that's centralized and permission based in form of peer to peer transactions. Pretty valid motivation if you ask me.

It's also not a surprise that Bitcoin popped up during the credit crisis back in 2008/2009. I am even of believe that satoshi wasn't planning to go 'public' that soon, but used the crisis as stimulating factor, and it really was.

I honestly don't even want to know who satoshi is. I can only say that I'm thankful that we have a working tool that's meant to bring in more economical freedom for basically everyone, and we're still at the very beginning.
