C-cex announced that their system got hacked and depleted Dogecoin and Litecoin.. Its a perfect scam from the company itself. For every other withdrawal they are sending a link to the email address in file to get confirmation.. Why this didn't happen when hackers posted multiple withdrawal transactions to the account. This is definitely an insider game...
Keep yourself out this scam exchange.. Today or tomorrow you will be victimized... C-cex has had a long history of such issues and it is better to stay away; if at all you need to trade, then don't keep your coins there.
