I tried reporting it a week ago and the report was marked as "good" but the spammer is still spammering (temp ban expired?). I'm creating a thread now so that I could put it in report details with screenshots etc.

Question for the Mods: Does hammer_trx have a temp ban? BPIP shows he had 9 replies and 28 topics removed by Mods. If his original account is banned, it's ban evasion.

When I first reported his spam, he had about 1000 bumps in his topic. I'm pretty sure it's a bot, and it looks like he doesn't have a permban.

Let's use this recent scraper I made: in the past 6 hours, he has posted 54 times. These are the msgIDs:
