Best CPU instruction sets for running a full node

Hi all,

I'm looking to purchase a power efficient physical server (rather than a VPS) to a bitcoin+lightning full node.

I was looking at an ASRock board with a Intel-J4205 chip. I notice on http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-J4205-vs-Intel-Core-i3-6100 that this chip has very few CPU instruction set features? Does that matter or can anyone tell me which instruction sets are best for a full node?
