Your LinkedIn profiles look very suspicious:
-
https://www.linkedin.com/in/jo%C3%A3o-carlos-m-de-almeida-72963a16a/ Only 16 connections, description of his profile was written incorrectly (not using capital letter). No previous works explained,
-
https://www.linkedin.com/in/deniz-yildiz-a39892168/This is weirder, only 1 connection and he describes One Share in his profile which is kinda weird and unusual for a professional person.
So far there is two possibility:
- The profiles are recently created, before doing this project your team never used LinkedIn and probably didn't have any experience of notable works before.
- The profiles are recently created, but it is a fake person, there is no Joao or his other friend.
Probably need to do an image search.
Recently we, the founders of the ONE SHARE project, hired individuals after an online selection to handle some important tasks of our project. All meetings were done in a decentralized format and online conference.
How did you conduct your "online conference"? Just chatting with each other without further video call/identity proof? It's pretty weird that if you wanted to start your own project you don't even bother confirming the identity of your candidate.
Btw, why don't you post a video or something like that to clarify the situation? After all you've already posted your public profile, so I suppose you don't have any problems 'exposing' yourself more.
