It is an inherent nature of humans to want more of something but please that should not lead you to become greedy since it is based on this that people get scammed during ICOs. Come to think of it guys, someone offers you an offer to purchase tokens worth $400 US whiles you know that the same amount of tokens was worth $1k US on another platform. Should this not at least prompt you to probe further but no! greedy members of this noble forum would go right ahead and make the transaction and later complain of being scammed. Please change your mindset and you will be free from scam projects.

I think you have a point over there because most people in crypto investments are greedy and therefore fall gullible to any scam that offers huge rewards. Let's all stay alert so that we don't lose our funds to any scam projects.

Of course sometimes we want to make money quickly and go into the hands of scammers! I agree with author this is so! You need to be careful and cautious, especially beginners. Because those. who has long been on the forum is unlikely to fall into the hands of scammers!

Because they didn't make enough researches. As you say OP, don't believe high bonus offers, scammers often impersonate admins and send you high bonus offers with fake wallet address, only join the ICO via its official token sale website.

well, greed and lack of knowledge of fraud will lead to our being easily led. When your greed is great, you will more easily be cheated by other scammers. Often they will scam and reach people on the telegram. So avoid those PMs and give you a high bonus.

Most investors now have lack of knowledge about the project to invest, they want to invest on easy step. My advise is dont entertain person chatting you saying they can offer you big discount.. only refer to the website on certain ICO.

I agree with you, never respond to someone who offers a big profit in a project what else if he is PM you first.
avoid things like that, if you want to invest directly greet them in their website address.

Greediness and lack of knowledge i think is the main reason why someone gets scammed during an ICO. They may not know all the things about this world and just enter because of the hype about crypto or maybe they are just so greedy that they want to take advantage of anything even its not realistic.

That's the obvious fact that scammed investors had missed. I mean yeah that sounds great because it looks like it's on sale but is it its real price? Or you are buying worthless tokens that's the next thing to do know the real worth of the token. If you find it worthless then you shouldn't invest on it.

everyone should not be greedy to get the coin with a lot of discount. A lot of people are expecting if they can a big discount and then if the price of coin will be touching the ico price and then they can get a lot of the return instantly. They are betting on the ico and they are not holding it for longterm and remember always try to choose the promising project.

Trouble is these people are in their stupidity and greed, they believe that the market is bound to give them money, with this they don't want to delve into the intricacies of trading and investing. And then they run around and shout at every corner that they were deceived, the cryptocurrency bubble, lose all your money and because of this, new members begin to fear the cryptocurrency market.

Before being greedy, they had a positive nature by prioritizing if he joined the ICO it would be profitable.
There we see they have a positive nature, but unfortunately they misuse this trait.

Maybe the person is new to crypto, and certainly tempted by a cheap price. If that happened to me, I was afraid to buy it, because if I think of logic it is very unlikely. Ignore or investigate if I am.

Too many newbies that simply jump into ICO to make quick money without knowing anything about crypto and even the most basic safety stuff. It is inevitable that they get scammed.

That is because it is part of humans to always want to make more, they may be offered an ico with a lesser potential return on investment but since people are greedy they are always going to want to go for the ones with the absurd numbers, so they are always falling for the scams. A lot of people do not think or do any research before they start investing in coins

I agree, it is the greed that makes people get scammed during the icos, most of the times the people who are investing in the coins know that what they are putting their money into are not necessarily good but they still go ahead to put their money into the coin and then they get scammed. If people can be realistic about what they expect then they would not get scammed again

Because in most cases, people just don’t read anything about the project, they simply invest their money in projects that they write otkovevenny scam, the most important thing that has been said here many times already is no need to rush into choosing a project
