Terms:

1) I am ready to go first with higher rep members preferably with green trust.
2) BTC will be as per the Preev rates at the time of the trade. Non-negotiable.
3) My PayPal is US and funds will be sent as F&F (Free). If your Paypal is not from USA Paypal is charging fees to send as F&F according to their new policy. So please let me know your Paypal country also beforehand.
4) I reserve the right to decide whom I want to trade with.

Doesn’t matter if you send first.

ALL PayPal payments CAN be reversed.
