I'm seeking a Chief Marketing Officer for my ICO. The CMO will be paid in tokens as well as receive compesnation in ETH upon a successful ICO. If you are interested please let me know.
We are looking for a head of Marketing who will be responsible for coordinating all marketing activities.
We are looking for a marketing manager that will nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop our web presence on all relevant media channels.
If you already did an ICO / built bounty and reward programs from scratch and throughout an ICO, you are the man! Experience with ICO / Bounty programs is mandatory for this role.
Specific Responsibilities
- Design the marketing strategy for the ICO
- Develop a social media strategy / reward / bounty program for the ICO
- Build up a team of ICO ambassadors
- Develop our community base online
- Create content, actively manage our social accounts
- Raise awareness about the company and engage with our audience
- Build pitches, participation and organisation of events
Skills:
- Degree in Marketing / social (Msc / Bsc minimum)
- Strong knowledge of social media strategies / growth hacking
- Blockchain experience or Previous ICO experience a huge plus
- Previous experience in Marketing / social media / community management
- Financial knowledge (payment systems, venture capital,
- Leadership skills, ability to work independently
- Exceptional writing, editing, oral and interpersonal communication skills coupled with strong organisational skills
