If you go by the market pundits, NEO looks promising but honestly, you never know.
The only principle I follow is to keep my budget low, and divide it further.  
You've to keep making such choices.
No matter how much we discuss, volatility will always be an integral part of this market. You can't stop participating that's for sure.

That's just a temporary decrease in Ethereum prices, because I see Ethereum also falling to 170 USD for the cheapest in 2018.
Then the beginning of October rose Ethereum again to the price of 242 USD, if you are smart then you will get profit from this situation.
