OKex is an exchange platform, isn't it?
so if they retrieved your BTC they will most likely just credit/add it into your OKex's BTC balance
the problem is they have to manually retrieve it and their system is not built for such incident

(customer supports) need someone with higher access authorities to do it, as it's very sensitive security matter
Yes OKEX is the exchange platform. I think i got new understanding why they can't retrieve my btc immediately, thanks a lot mate
I guess all i can do is waitng for they response to my transaction.
