it costs around 12k$ and is a bit overpriced
also it has cooling problem, in a hotter environment the cooling system it uses provides very high humidity
I have built a container like that and after asking Bitmain tech guys about it they said that the air filters are absorbing the humidity(?) this isn't true of course
in my case and if I take same parts same cooling system etc. it will cost around 8k$

I have a gpu farm with cooling pad and it's not a problem. I would be more worried about dry conditions.
