a strong feeling of deja vu when I saw this site
think there was the same one not so long ago, trying to offer a huge jackpot without any bankroll
and when asked, how are you going to pay it?
the answer was: we got it all figured out....the chances are 1:167.000.000 so it won't hit
hope it is not the case here, but this sort of lotteries and sweepstakes are destined to fail
We have seen it all indeed. Lotteries have such a high chance of not hitting true, but variance is always the problem for organizers,,, which is why all the big lotteries of the world have insurance coverage, and a big bankroll and a big percentage of the winnings. If they can survive getting a few jackpots then that is where the money comes in. But online people seem to think they can get away with it,,, they do not realize that it is years before a lottery company makes money.
