GOV tokens swap over time for platform tokens, the NTN tokens. The NTN token has a prefixed value at which they are bought and sold on the platform's internal exchange. The swaps are triggered by the growth of and participation in the Government Network. Furthermore, the GOV tokens are used in the Governance of some of the blockchains in the Government network.
