When the market price was going down many of us can feel panicking but i think that is ok all of us can feel that kind of panic but believe in your self and the blockchain technology of crypto currency because after the down fall there is recovery in the market.

in the altcoin market panic and acting fast on that panic is always a good thing. when it comes to pump and dumps you need to be as fast as humanly possible which means selling as soon as you see the price starting to drop.

It is safe to say the market is currently going through recession which is not a bad thing anyway. Even the strongest economy in the world go through recession too. We need to remain optimistic and also not engage in actions or activities that will make the current situation worse.

I agree with your statement mate.  Because indeed as long there still more holders/investors keep buying ( even the market is not fine) and keep believing crypto will not not end, crypto market will bump always  and will survive in the future no matter what happen.
