STOP USING THIS SCAM SITE: Bitcoinvest.cc!!!

I registered only for leaving a message here to anyone plan to invest through Bitcoinvest.cc.

I used it for a little over than 1 month and I got regularly payment as they promised on the website at beginning. However, from about 3 days ago they stopped paying me or responding my contact/inquiry. I ended up with returning all the "earned profit" back to them...

The lucky thing was I did my investment with highly suspicious mind at the first second (I believe all other users have the same feeling as mine). So, (a) I only invested a small amount and (b) I only invested the Bitcoin I earned from them (never buy more to invest although I got regularly and temptingly paid for weeks).

You take whatever lesson from my experience: Either try your luck or stay away from them.

THE TRUTH IS: THEY COULD STOP PAYING YOU WHENEVER THEY WANT TO! Just FYI.

are you totally new to bitcointalk and bitcoin in general ? cause back in my early days I used to really believe that such sites can make me profit
in general there are tons of such sites and reporting every single one of them is really hard , still only newcomers are the ones who put money in these sites so in general we should spread awareness about ponzis in general instead of reporting the sites

Or maybe don't use any bitcoin "investment" sites or "cloud mining" sites entirely; as 99% of these services are scams anyway. It's just simply either a scam(a ponzi scheme, most of the time), or a very unprofitable way of "investing" your money. I've yet to hear anyone who actually made profit off their GenesisMining contracts without doing the referral program.

It's funny how their FAQ states;

Q; How do you generate such outrageous returns?
A; Through a method called pump and dump (and some other bla bla nonsense that I left out).

If that isn't reason enough to stay away, then perhaps the fact that they (obviously) hide themselves behind whoisguard should be that trigger.

By simply avoiding all services hiding themselves behind whoisguard you directly eliminate +90% of the scams. Use whois.domaintools.com/<domain here> to search for any site and directly ditch that garbage. It's not worth the hassle to figure out later on that you invested in a scam. Better safe than sorry.

When people got bitten as a result of their own greed, I feel no pity for them which is what has happened to Op and like minded individuals who believe that there is easy money some where in crypto space. No matter the guise which they hide under, like investment scheme, trading group, mining platform, lending opportunity they are all ponzi schemes the moment the return they are promising is not reasonable, flee should be your second name. But unfortunately, people who will get scammed will not listen until they are scammed all over again.

Just wondering why you do still decide to invest even you are fully aware or already suspicious on how this site works? For being greedy i cant really blame somebody coz its always been part of human nature.
You are still on luck since you didnt reinvest.

On just looking on this common line "Get 20% Return on Your Investment in Only 1 Day".You can already conclude that this is 10000% scam.

Just to make everything clearer:

- How the hell did you find this site?

- What was the amount you invested?

- What was the plan you invested?

- You said: "I used it for a little over 1 month and I got regular payment as promised on the website at the beginning" What was your profit?

Why am I asking these questions?

because of that:

10% in 1 Day

15% in 1 Day

20% in 1 Day

Dude, these returns are impossible for someone to offer, so why did you invest in this hyip site?

Not sure what made you think so, but .cc domains aren't free at all. If you look at where the domain is registered, it returns Namecheap and these domains cost $9.88 per year over there.

.tk/.ml/.ga/.cf/.gq are free domain extensions in most cases, but you can pay for them as well if you want to unlock more features and longer term registrations of domains. Google is your friend. Smiley

Just wondering why you do still decide to invest even you are fully aware or already suspicious on how this site works?
It's an attempt to profitably outlast a ponzi before it collapses. It's something I notice more and more amongst people that they very well know what they invest in. It's pure greed and in my opinion these people have no right to complain.

Yup, and that's as cheap as it gets. I know because I used to own a .cc domain for over 10 years... cost me a lot of money back in the day. Most likely, if it's a hyip site, they used carded domains, or virtual CCs bought/filled with carded accounts. Real common now apparently, to just pay a few dollars for the whole hyip/ponzi setup: hosting, domain name and script. Except for the sleeper hyips, these seldom even last a month, so it's enough time to run the site until host/registrar discovers the fraud.

Don't think we can prevent these from happening and catching newbies... education and awareness is only as effective as common sense.

All I think is really needed here is common sense.

Is anyone really going to give you 20% per day ROI on your investment? Especially if it's someone that you don't even know the identity of, how are they able to generate more returns than actual wall street firms can only hope to generate in an entire year?

The reviews on the site are a dead give away as well, because they are just so fake and obviously are shills working with the scammer. Hopefully you learned a lesson out of this. Don't even try your luck with them. With such high rates of returns, these sites can be classified into two main categories : Outright scams, and ponzi schemes. Neither is legitimate.

Please analyse and check the someone before you go to invest at least. If you are lacking in finding the information also you aks your query here. It will be a helpful one to get the more answers.
Along with that check the badbitcoin.org/badlist to find the scam site on crypto investments.

we ignore bitcoin investment, ponzi, cloud mining and etc. already, im not new in crypto currency that is why i know what should i entertain and what should i ignore. Make sure that you will start to be more careful investing your money since you experience to got scammed and much better if you read the feed back of the site you want to invest before your action.

Hi there, thanks all of you for the informative comments about Bitcoinvest.cc being a scam (I assume the same for the .com site, as it declares a +100% performance in one day, too)
I admit I have been tempted, as a newbie, but a simple google search led me to your forum Wink
Everyone expects 99,99% lies in such promises, but pls let me point this out:
1) it's not about being greedy (talking for myself and many many others): the people who get most fascinated (and hurt) are the ones worried and pressed by financial problems.
2) you are welcome with any warning about scammy behaviours, but the problem remains: are there legit (and easy) investing sites, not requiring high investments? (and producing a much lower but still respectable %?). until this question is not answered, the number of victims will continue to increase. Is there any "white list"? Positive advice - not simply affiliate marketing - will be most useful. btw I am pretty tired of spending hours clicking on faucet buttons...
Thank you guys
