Because the market is looking more and more like the dotcom (Internet) bubble. A new project born this year can of course succeed in the long term, but don't forget about the crashing of many dotcom companies at the end of the nineties. The situation of the cryptocurrency market right now is very similar to the dotcom bubble. Many think twice before entering the market.
2018 is a deciding year. It was kind of expected though.

They are now in tragic lost, I even saw an ICO when ETH's value was around $400-$500 and they declared that 1 ETH = $800 as per their ICO tokens.

I forgot what's that ICO. I wonder how they are doing right now.

I think that's not about ethereum price, yes indeed many new tokens distributed with ICOs have fallen to near zero, but also some of them perform well against eth. Just look at ZRX/ETH chart, though ZRX has also crashed too much nowadays it still outperform eth.

This has actually effected the upcoming projects, however is also a good opportunity for those who have Fiat currency to enter the cryptocurrency market. Because the low value of Ethereum will enable them to buy more at very low cost.

Some of the though's is true since there are so many scam ICO's has been scattering  these days and maybe those scam dev's are one of the reasons why the Ethereum struggling by now, But I'm doubting to see some good changes right now but let see since Q4 is approaching and maybe we can see some good movements of the price since the Bull run has been speculated yet by many people around here to come anytime soon.

Definitely that has being the case of most ico will to get their sales on but with ethereum price it's won't allow investor come in.

it is not just that, people have stopped falling for the ICO schemes which means nowadays less people are even bothering to invest in ICOs and everyone who had any token have either dumped their tokens or have been thinking about dumping them so they are waiting for a good opportunity to take the most out of the market.
and this dump is also pulling ETH price down as the money is also abandoning ETH.

Not all of them, remember ZRX has a fully working product and those coins which have not yet created anything can't protect their price to see the investors to dump it. And then i just try to see the fact that the whole of ERC20 tokens are getting big impact caused by the downtrend of ethereum itself.

Not all ICOs are afraid of Ethereum prices which are in a downward trend because they accept payments via fiat and Bitcoin.

My portfolio is 50% down at the moment, but there is still buying support, so the scenario is not that all bleak I read that there will be a lot of updates in the coming weeks and soon the market will recover like they always did in the past, but what's alarming is the long red market period.
