I think nobody know when is the lowest price ,especially now is the bear market so far,but looks like  this 2 weeks market lively.but if you want hold the coin for quickly earn or long term hold .if long term,to me now it's the time to buy.

Trying to find the lowest price at which you can buy a coin is just a waste of time, only those that are lucky get to buy coins at that price, what you need to do is to concentrate yourself in buying at a low price that is enough for you to obtain good profit in the future, this is why I do not really understand why people complain about the current prices, if you buy now you will obtaining incredible profits if you hold your coins for a few years.

Buy or not it is totally depend on you because if you want to buy so you can do that very easily simply follow some strategy. At the moment market is unstable and sometimes shows Green Signal sometimes show red signal so I think it is a perfect time to buy. Now when the price is low you can take advantage of this situation to buy, because we know when prices are low like eth and potentially we can get high prices and also profit when the market is normal. so take advantage of buying and holding up to high prices.

looking at the current market situation it is better not to waste the opportunity to immediately buy again while the price is still low. moreover, if you buy ethereum to invest, you will be able to get a substantial profit with the current price and now the price has risen, I am sure that by the end of the year it will be able to rise to ATH like last year.

I think this is the right time to buy as much as you can because the price is low and you will make huge investment after some time. Price is for a longer time now moving between 6000$ and 7000$ and it will stay so for a while, if you ask me. Still you could earn something on.a daily basis because of smaller corrections of few hundred dollars.
On the long term is expected for price to go up and some are even predicting that by the end of the year some bigger price rise might happen.
Invest a sum that you don't need now and you will profit on a long term for sure.
