I have a wordpress site that is meant for ICO reviews and news. I need a web developer that will organize and create a clean theme for it. If it's your forte, kindly let me know. Thank you.

i think it would be a good idea if all ico reviewers would cooperate to create some better institutions

Bitcointalk isn't great place for it but you'll find some developers here, personally I was actively working on web templates at some time.

If you search online, you'll find great templates. Personally I suggest you to visit themeforest.net and buy any template you wish or contact developer and have a deal with him for personal template (it will cost a lot but you really get what you pay for in this situation).

i am a project developer and i get plenty of paid services that offer me their work, many of them from india, if you want i can give you a contact list, but they want to be paid. in established communal fiats or in big high ranked cryptocurrencies.

Select what you want the developer to do, pay "Btc or token," duration.
Also, you can use this search forum to find some people[1] or use this site[2].
