The goal of technology was for everyone to have easier lives and work less. Well todays generations have it much tougher.  They are working for much lower wages and longer hours.  Its next to impossible for millenials to purchase a house on their own.  Something here itsn't right, Capitalism?

With the advent of advanced technology comes the higher expectations from the capitalists because they know that technology has eased the hard to be jobs that is why they expect more outputs from the employees because they thought that technology has already made the work easier.

Well I think it's not caused by capitalism nor technology, the work harder because many people improve on their lives. Technology makes people's life easier is true, yet competition take its turn. people compete to be the best, so what makes it complicated is people's need, not technology or capitalism, I guess so.

It seemingly agreeable that it makes our living more easier as it performs many functions that even humans can't do as much as technology can. Capitalist invest in a good equipment or technology but tends to abuse their workers. Labor force are often underestimated comparing to technology, thus, not paying much attention to the human resource. The company thinks that technology is more important than its people. Technology indeed makes our work and life easier. With the help of technology, we are able to do things even humans can't do. Nowadays that our world becomes modern and modern every time, it seems that it is hard to find a high paid job for someone who do not know or who is not familiar with gadgets, machine and anything related to technology. Some people chooses to invest in machines in order to be more productive than choosing to hire laborers in order to do a job. It seems that in order for someone to have a decent job, he must be as productive as a machine which is not possible. Technology is indeed helpful but it is also becoming a threat for some to find a job that will suit one's skill and capability.

Technology is created for a better worlds and better place to be,and to create more convenience to people works with high production and quality otherwise there are times that because of improvement our natures would been afected due to building some infrastracture and other technological system,but in terms of crypto technolgy they only creating a world with a  cashless society.

With technology improvement, a lot of people in some countries still get well paid salary even as efficiency increases with technology and are really doing well. If anything is to be blamed for any low wage or over working, which should be based on the government itself and has nothing to do with improvement in technology at all.

I think the real goal of improving and making a new technology is to help the people to lessen the work when they are working but what happen right now is almost all the companies and factories are just using technology instead of hiring people to work for them so many are losing work because of that.

those companies sees their employees as a robot whatever the rate is those people will stick to them because they dont have choice, company nowadays they dont want to give a good salary because when the employee can start a business they will leave the company meaning the company must hire another people and it is much costly to them.

Right, the presence of technology makes it easier for us to work, even the presence of the internet makes us not need to come to the office every day because it can be done at home.

Technology can make your job easier but it makes you work longer, now that people have smart phones with them all the time they are reachable every single hour of every single day and that is a problem because in the past you went to your job and worked there for 8 to 10 hours but after that you forgot about your job, but now your boss can bother you at your home thanks to your smart phone.

Technology has to go with the development of a country. In developing countries, even if you do the same job, the salary is quite different. Difference depends on the development of that country. Progressive technology will entail the need for skilled labor.

It an innovation. Technology keeps our life to be more efficient and progressive. It goes hand on hand with our daily life and that includes our economy. Like the blockchain technology, it is mich easier for us to have an online transaction for paying our goods without that much hassle. But on the bad side of it, the possibility of removing the workforce will be eliminated due to modern equipment and technology is less expensive and faster. yes you are right this technology will always evolve and technology will move faster so you must be able to know the technology that is developing to be able to take advantage of the benefits of that technology and you will make yourself more advanced than others, you must have the spirit to want to know and want to try new technology.
