This thing might help us to improve more and do the things more easier but you think the bad side of it will help us too? I am not sure of that because technologies are help most of all people being lazy to make thing that they just can and all they want to do waive to them, I'm not against on it but the bad side will need to be removed before it causes the problem.

Regardless of the level of technology those that are lazy are never going to get the same success as those that are willing to work hard, I see a lot of people that claim to have bad luck in their lives and the truth is that they are very lazy and they are not willing to work hard to obtain the same results that all of those that work hard, so even with the current technology you cannot replace a strong work ethic.

There is "jobstreet" where we can find all the job vacancies and apply on it online. Some company's are not accepting walk in because they are appointing it online. Yes, technology helps our life to become simple, and we don't have to go to the office, and we can send the applications online. But some company still using the traditional method because they still want to meet the employee so they can talk directly to them. But soon, if they see that the technologies come to them and they understand that the technologies can be a good solution to solve the problem, they will use it, and they will grow more in the future. I think in the future, we can get work in many places and we don't have to stay at the office because we have a new technology that always helps us to do multitasking from other areas.

this is all not wrong because of the full improvement of technology, it is possible because using wage technology we are paid by considering the cost of energy spent while working using technology, so it seems lower compared to wages working sexually, but I think the country has considered all by applying the minimum wage, at least the standardization has gone through a long review process

This issue is not due to the fault of technology. Nor it is a fault of capitalism. It is mainly because of the increase in educated population. The basic demand and supply rule.

In my country, when my parents got into a job, a normal bachelors degree was considered a great qualification. Now, even post graduation is not sufficient for many low paying jobs.   

I have seen hundreds of Engineers are working in BPO companies because they could not find a job befitting their education.

It is just the supply of qualified manpower has increased as compared to the available opportunities, resulting in decreased payment and increased workload. Simple demand supply rule it is following!

This convinced me, indeed. We should not blame Capitalism or our growing technologies just because we had it tougher. Nothing and no one started as big as we imagine. Longer hours, lower wages, for God sake we all know it's just a starting. Technology improves as you said and so do you I believe. Technology has been in use since we were born and every time new technology is present, it is always better than previous technologists. Work has been made simpler and much productive. The Blockchain technology has also come to revolutionize the payment systems of businesses and enhance entrepreneurship.

But I think it is false, those businessman become greedy and competting based on the capital that they have, the capitalism affect the money circulation, actually capitalists are save more money rather than invest it.
