As per RBI the Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrencies are not legal tender in India and give a strong message to all banks that do not deal with any cryptocurrency exchange communities or company and the issue is already in high court from last few months.

Please let me know who will going to win finally? RBI or Bitcoin communities.

Well, this is going to end nowhere, everyday a new date and we eagerly wait for it.

I don't see any hope from RBI now, lol..

Supreme Court Further Adjourns The RBI Cryptocurrency Case

Nothing new today again. Due to the lengthy hearing of another case ( ARCELORMITTAL INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, C.A. No. 9402-9405/2018 ) the Honourable Supreme Court of India has adjourned all other cases including the RBI Vs Cryptocurrency Case.

As per some sources present at the Supreme Court today, the RBI Cryptocurrency case is like to be listed on next Tuesday, 25 September, 2018.
