Only collecting datas from ICO participats is not enough. You still need to check and verify, if the data they have submitted are valid.
And for this you would need a company to do this for you and this cost money... it´s is not so easy...

This guide allows site admin to collect user data and verify it by himself. In some cases this is just enough. I hope it will help someone.
