Hello I am thinking to sell my startup Cointaz.com - http://cointaz.com/
You dont need any MSB license for this host it.

What is it?
Cointaz allows users to change Bitcoin, Monero, Litecoin and other major blockchain-based tokens, no account required. No emails or passwords. No lengthy sign up process. Just wallet-to-wallet.

Why using it?
I am Polish, so I decided to open this service mostly for Polish customers, however I decided to keep mainpage in English, and after some time relase PL/DE/SWE/ESP page version. I noticed that Polish government planned introduction new tax on exchange one crypto to another. I also noticed that people are scared to prove requested personal informations and ID to exchanges.

Cointaz works same, as shapeshift - accountless, and anonymous. We don't store any personal informations, so I belive may be the good way to get customers.

How does it work?
The user determines which digital asset they want to send to Cointaz and which digital asset they would like to receive from Cointaz. After that website generates wallet adress on which customer have to send his funds. Then if funds were sent Cointaz receives the expected deposit coin, the system will automatically send the outgoing digital asset, or the receive coin. There are no transaction fees, outside of the miner fee.

How can I earn on it?
Currently Cointaz is basted on ShapeShift API, that means ShapeShift is taking care of the whole trade process. You will earn 0.25% as a percentage of volume provided to the Cointaz on a monthly basis! For example, if during the entire month Cointaz provides 25 BTC worth of volume, you will earn .0625 BTC for your payout. (25 x .0025= .0625 BTC).

Why selling it?
I am little tired of watching cryptocurrency, charts, news, etc. I am going to have break, so I dont really want to take care of Cointaz.

What is included in the price?
Of course fully working website, domain, graphics - with all PhotoShop files (logo, and banners were made by professional graphic office) - you can see it here:

Price i am looking for is around 250 usd in BTC/ETH. That is the smilar amount I spent on the project, so I guess it is fair price, worth the money.

Cointaz of course need advertising, but if you manage to promote it, investment should return very fast.

We can use middleman, or some some smilar way to make trade safe for both users.

This looks interesting, can you please tell me how much investment is required to run the exchanger?

website need advertisement campany.

you will have to pay some crypto related websites to insert banners, maybe some crypto youtubers, and facebook groups and fanpages - I am not sure how much you will have to pay

I am pretty sure some regulation (at least in US) is in the picture for these type of exchanges/mixers as shapeshift seems to be making a move toward KYC.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/exchange-without-accounts-shapeshift-to-gradually-introduce-membership-program

Although Colorado has introduced some real exciting news for exchanges based in Colorado that don't rely on fiat.
