Even a professional speaker will first of all feel nervous, it is normal but what is important is how you managed your nervousness .

My job requires me to speak in front of groups. Not super large groups, normally 15-30 people. I was so nervous at first, but over time, it got easier. Each time I did it got a little easier. Now it doesn't faze me at all.
If you can practice in front of groups of your friends/family, that will definitely help.

Some kind of alcoholic drink could be very useful, if you don't go to extremes

That depends on the type of group. if I speak in front of a group I know then I will not be embarrassed or nervous, but if the group is a group that I have not known then I will be a little nervous to speak in front of them.

I also have this problem. Psychologists say that you need as often as possible to speak publicly to get rid of this fear.

At first, I am terribly nervous, but when I see that the audience is listening to me with interest, I calm down and begin to speak more confidently.

For the first time it was a natural thing, and everyone had felt it too. But if the situation is always trained, then it will gradually disappear, and speaking in front of many people will be more confident.

A little bit nervous, but I can recommend practice before speak and prepare in front of the mirror. Then, you can see your body language like facial expression.

Everyone does. But if you do that a lot you will feel more confident with every speak you had.

Believe almost everyone is nervous and worried, just some have already learned not to show it. It just needs a lot of practice. Some are simply not made for this and do not know how to speak in public

Feeling nervous is normal in these situations.
For me, it really depends of the topic I need to speak about. If I'm really at home with the subject, then I feel comfortable. But, when there's something that I'm not really sure about, then this can get tricky and some nervousness can definitely kick in.

I can do it easily. I have no problems speaking with large groups. It depends if you are introvert or extrovert

I have the same problem. Some of my friends tell me that I'll probably get used to it if I do it regularly.

Of course I’m nervous when I speak in front of an audience, but if I’m sure in what I say, if I really know the subject I’m talking on, I’ll calm down right after I start my speech.

It is okay to feel nervous. Everybody feels nervous, when they speak in front of audience. I recommend you not to think about it and just enjoy your speaking! Also it can help, if you take something small with you (pen or any small detail) and try to concentrate on it (feel it, hold in your hands), but not on what the audience might think about you

At first, I feel a bit nervous, of course. But then I imagine them all naked (old trick) or imagine a glass between me and them. That is pretty helpful. Don't be nervous, guys. It's useless.
