This basically makes the market two things: btc price, then altcoin price.

I am not sure about this because we don't know how much the normal price of the altcoin and the altcoin price always changes follow with bitcoin price. but today, I see that the altcoin price is trying to increase although it's not too big as before. maybe this is the real price of the altcoin or maybe it's not and I think we can buy any coins we want with the price now. besides that, we don't want to buy the coins when the price starts to increase, right? so use the chance as long as we can.

You need to look at BTC so alts cnat be higher ,but as we see BTC keeps higher 6300 -6200 and alts keep thier prices too and i hope and think we would see bull soon.
