ETH is in my opinion far away from full recovery, it is just reaction on recent BTC price and nothing else. We all can see that every time BTC is drop close to 6000$, ETH is lost some extra value - but also each time BTC go up it is very slow recover as is the case now. Only way to stop this is to BTC price become stable and not crash for 500-1000$ from time to time.

you are using the word "recovery" but what you really mean is a big rise or a "pump". recovery is what just happened. in a market when price drops so hard then there will always be a price rise afterwards and that rise is called "recovery".

for example price of an asset drops from $100 to $80 then it recovers back up to $90. that rise in the end is called recovery.

however, what you had in mind and are describing in your post is not recovery it is "reversal" and in case of altcoins a "pump". i would say it is too soon for a pump of ethereum at this point because there are a lot of wounded newbie bag holders in the market at the moment and also a lot of ICO devs who want to dump and get out. they all look for an opportunity to get a little more profit before they exit. there is also whales shoring ETH hard which push the price even lower...

Yes I agree with that sentiment, looking at the charts of ethereum I'm seeing that we're probably going to see a very nice recovery, but people should not expect a bull market out of this, what we were seeing was a very heavy correction in the price of ethereum that could simply not last long and now we're going to see a recovery, in the best case scenario I think we could touch the price of 500.

I think it's much much too early to say. Look at the 12 month price chart for Ethereum, and the recent upwards movement is an insignificant blip. I do beleive that ETH is one of the best projects in crypto and will have a great future, but we'd need sustained upwards movement to a price above $500 before I'd say the recovery has started.

Well the last time I had checked the value of ETH, it was round about $202. Right now, there is a rise of $10 which is not enough to claim a rise despite the small incremental rise. It still has to cover a long oath to meet the losses and only then it can be good news as it starts giving away profits.

Anyhow, it will start recovering as speculated and as we embark on the journey of December for the experts predict appreciation in the values of ETH as it is December.

I think that ETH price movement at the moment can't really be separated from crypto as a whole. If you look at bitcoin as the marker, and you look at its price charts for the last year, then what is apparent is a series of drops and then partial recoveries. Each fall is smaller than the last, and each recovery is smaller... until we reach roughly where we are now, which is where we are trying to establish a solid support price that can lead to the next bull run.

Today Ethereum had an upward surge by 16% taking it from the sluggish 188 to above 200 benchmark. It has instilled a considerable level of confidence in many people and there are chattering in many quarters about Ethereum being on the path to a massive recovery. Do you share the sentiments?

Not only ETH do really have that path of recovery but i would tell you this that these arent considered to be massive yet it do only increase a certain percentage but still a considerable thing that the market is slowing or gradually recovering. Current price of ETH as of writing is $242.39 which if this run will continue then it would hit up $300.No one really knows but you can really do some short or either for longer holds.

An old adage says to buy in FUD and sell in marketing and with that can summarize the trajectory of Ethereum. Earlier this year prices were over $1000 and in the vast majority of investors were happy and spreading positive coupons for the same and now that in the downfall the vast majority are scared in relation to their fate. So what can we conclude from what I mentioned? In my opinion it's all about strategy and personal politics to understand what's really happening with Ethereum.
