Friends what do you know about this event, how will this happen?
I ask to share my knowledge and thoughts here)
According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Yes it will address the difficulty levels and the issuance of ETH. According to this url https://medium.com/futuresin/ethereums-constantinople-hard-fork-to-go-live-in-october-8d9ce7d8a0b8 before Constantinople we should first have Bizantium in phase 1 and only then Constantinople in phase 2. Both Constantinople and Bizantium are part of the Metropolis implementation. The link gives October 30th as a probable date for this second phase.

With this, is there a chance that ETH will pump at year end? Just want to know your thought.

This will be the hard fork of main Ethereum network, not one resulting in network split and creation of new network like it happened after infamous DAO hack rollback which led to appearance of new coin - Ethereum Classic, am I right?

Of course the Constantinople hard fork will effect the eth price, that it will come with a reduction in rewards to 2 ETH per block instead of 3 ETH, which may considered as a deviation that would not only change the price of ether and increase its fiat value but potentially force miners to earn less income for their increased work.
