XRP not received ..Please advise

Dear All,

I have transferred XRP from BITSO to BITBNS.where tag is mandatory in BITBNS and BITSO it is optional. When I submitted they sent successfully.XRPs still not received in my BITBNS account.

Below are the instructions in BITBNS which I read post transfer.

Instructions:
• Minimum deposit is .01 XRP
• Deposit only Ripples to this address
• Mentioning the TAG is a must!
• Your deposit will NOT be processed without the TAG
• Any deposit order without destination tag is considered lost and Bitbns is not responsible for the same
• Avoid transferring from places that do not ask for your destination address or tag

I am afraid what could happen..I have raised a ticket with BITSO and BITBNS. Kindly advise on this

Did you using the right tag? Since you already contact support, then you should wait them to answer first. If can, they will return your XRP back to your address. If support can't do anything, then probably, you will lost your coin(looks like this is rarely happen).

Thanks for your revert.issue is from BITBNS side 2 paramters 1: address 2: rag and BITSO side also 2 but tag is optional which I am not provided.

Bitso side it is showing it was sent successfully. Please suggest what could happen
