Does anyone knows about Bitcoin-tor.org ?  is this a legit site or scam ? 

Today I  stumble upon this site and was not sure what this is?

Anyone know what is that?

If it's flagged as deceptive site then I wouldn't use it If I were you, what does it contain though? If you're looking for wallets use Bitcoin.org, and if the site is asking you to download any software or type your private keys, don't.

What is the purpose of your use of that site? Download a wallet, Tor version of "https://bitcoin.org"? No.
I tried to browse the site, and this is what appeared to me[1], no matter what the reason for your search for that site"Because I tried to search for it in Google and it does not seem to be a known site." will not end well.
