First, how can you prove that these accounts were owned by a single person? Providing their eth and bitcoin addresses is not enough evidence.

Second, Moderators cannot ban these accounts if these accounts were not used to cheat in any bounty campaigns. Creating alternative accounts is not prohibited by the forum rules but shouldn't use for cheating.

These both users have been already tagged by yahoo in attempting to enroll his signature campaign manage.
Probably that was a strong evidence that abusing campaign in a single person joining one campaign that makes them tagged.

Thread isn't belongs to meta. Should move from lower left. Another thing, both user is already tagged from began. So there is no meaning to open new thread against them for new tag. On the other hand you had not describe how they are connected , just posting account and eth address will not prove they are connected. You should provide transactions link or screenshot whatever with evidence. No one have much time to investigate newly. Without proper evidence never hold any weight of your post.

Perhaps moderator will move the thread as well I reported.
