I am new to Steemit platform As I see that the is hardest social media platform to get followers, I am trying to get followers but it doesn't work perfectly, How I increase my followers on steemit ? any strategies that I am not aware so far, I wish if you can help me regarding this matter.

To increase your followers on steemit is very easy. Just keep posting everyday and you will realize that the number keeps increasing. But that's not all cos getting such followers doesn't benefit you. In fact, most of them will be bots.

To get real followers, make yourself worthy to be followed.  Follow some people and interact with their post truly. Don't drop spam or annoying comments. Don't drop comments like, "nice post" or "follow back". Read a post to the end and share your thoughts. They are humans like you and they will like to connect with you if you show them the need to connect with you.

Don't pay people to follow you because at the end of the day you will be the one to lose money. Make genuine friends by being a genuine friend yourself and also make your blog interesting to visit.

Its ok to get followers on Steemit, but to get money for yours posts is so hard. I been posting since February and I only get 5 cents a posts if they. I always upvote people, resteem, reply to other articles, but turn out is always low, suggestions?

It's not about getting followers. It's about interacting with people and spending your time in the environment you like.
You're wasting your time with this follow for follow nonsense.

I'd recommend you to unfollow everyone you don't know and leave only people you actually enjoy reading. Start communicating more on the platform.
Also, write well-thought articles. And after a while, you will be surprised by gaining lots of followers.

It's not hard to do well on steemit. You just have to be patient and genuine.

Steemit is a full community, way different then other social media.
as steemit has DTube, it is very different from youtube where you just publish videos
for success in steemit you must interact with people, learn from them , get to know them, there are chat rooms on discord in relation to steemit for this
you build your network, , and you support everyone
from resteem, commenting on content and giving quality posts.
