I am really sorry that I am not able to accept your non-collateral loan. I consider 3 things 1. The user is in any campaign or not, 2. The user have any valid collateral or not, and 3. Recent activity and earned merit. But based on these factors I cant allow you a single dollar as non-collateral loan.
