I see that he's trying to borrow more money in this thread. Many people are complaining that

Taken together, all of this looks like his account has been hacked/hijacked or sold(God forbid)!
Someone is mass-borrowing money right now (mostly via Personal Messages), because many people will readily lend $20 or $50 to someone with that kind of rank and reputation.
