A New Platform Combining a Token Exchange and a Bond Market(Dividend Cards).   
The token exchange collects and pays out 25% of all Buys and Sells and distributes to the token holders.
The Bonds yield a percentage of dividends generated from Bond transacations and a fee from the token exchange to all Bond Owners.
Bond prices automatically increase by 10% after each bond is traded.
