if you just want to market your business on this forum then buying a Cooper membership imo is enough. 

This is not enough. A brand new account really do not get much attention for anything they want to do in the forum. The best practice will be to hire a reputed campaign manager and launch a signature campaign. They can also buy advertising space. I know few projects who successfully used the traffic they got from the advertising buying on this forum.

I agree with you mate that buying only a copper membership is not enough cause someone want to launch a signature campaign they need to hire a reputable/ trusted member here in forum. Because if they are launching alone for sure some user will be ignore that signature campaign but if they will hire a trusted and reputable manager for sure many user will apply and want to promote their project.

I have seen this thread several times and somehow, I've always by passed it. It gets tiring getting to see this sort of thread over and over again.

The ignore button seems to work for you, it might help you to stop thinking about this user next time.

Obviously some users have informed that the OP has damaged the reputation of his account with a sales attempt which is not liked by many users, he is well aware of that but still doesn't feel guilty. I'm just wondering why this thread is still open, has anyone reported this thread being locked?

Even the OP is more likely to create a new account after 4 negative tags, so there's no point in telling him how to rank up to high rank. Sooner or later the OP will let this account become inactive, it's quite possible.

OP was break the rules and also break his/her reputation for here in bitcointalk he/she will be not trusted again he must not attempting to sell any accounts to take care of his reputation we all know that selling is not a crime but it's a big shame to do that. I think the ignore bottom is the best option to avoid contact this kind of user.

It seems he will do that create a new account an then make a thread that how to get high ranks. Hmmp

Accounts sales isn't against the rules or are allowed, but it's not recommended. Pay attention to rule No. 18. However in most cases selling accounts increases scam and spam which makes some DT members dislike it for being untrustworthy.

The OP can't be trusted with money after his bad reputation, but if his information and knowledge can help the forum with contributions then that's quite another. He could still rank up if he wanted to contribute, but it was rare when a newbie got a negative tag.

Shamm, you've broken rule no. 32, so now fix it.

This is the case with most of them like first they ask for valuable advice and portray them as learning newbies who want to grow up rapidly with their efforts and then violation of rules ending up getting their accounts banned.So now as the user is already ban so no need to further give him any of your advice because he hasn't given attention to the previous one's also.Thanks for giving out this information.
