I think I saw 1hr 15minutes during the ddos attacks on the pools recently.

45min is pretty normal, it's still only 4.5x more than expected. I has been waiting for some new blocks while I was debugging long polling for pool and the longest distance between blocks was over 1.5 hour.

What is the most long timespan between two block?
Seen over 2 hours and 15 minutes about 2 weeks ago and 2 hour blocks twice in the last 3 months.

That's variance! Some will be much less than the target 10 mins!
We're also about to see a 260,000+ decrease in difficulty, which is caused be these long blocks!

When difficulty was at it's peak a month ago, there were 4 hour blocks even at ~11,000 ghash/s network speed.
