The reality is people will never learn if they don't want to, many people think Bitcoin is illegal and Bitcoin it is bad but it's just The Rumors there are repeating they have not actually try it the coin itself or probably they did try it but they got scammed or something. I do not think there is anyone who tried this coin for a month and gains profit and then he said: "I do not like this". We are human beings and we see the profit. That how our human nature has grown.

They will not understand bitcoin if they are not interested to learn about it.There are also big problem which we keep seeing because there are people who keep thinking that bitcoin is an investment! It is the reason why there are people who are losing their money because they just put their money even they do not have enough information about what it is.

And the most probable reason why people are more inclined to learn about when to buy and when to sell rather than understanding blockchain is that they are assuming that Bitcoin is a source of income, a way to earn easily and get rich overnight. Not just Bitcoin. A lot of people I know treat the entire cryptocurrency invention as a way to acquire wealth. Well, some of them succeeded. Lucky for them but unlucky for crypto. It is not appreciated for what it truly is.

Indeed! There's no such thing as easy money in Bitcoin. With so much excitement to get rich, they forget the real essence of Bitcoin, it's very important to study and understand its context, its real nature, functionalities, and on how this technology works. There have also been misconceptions, they tend to judge what they don't understand. Success and richness needs to be worked on as it does not happen without the presence of time, effort and energy. More than that it takes quality traits, positive attitude, commitment, patience, and focus.

Bitcoin is intended to be an international currency but since not all countries have accepted it at the moment,so people still prefer to make it as an investment but we should know always that bitcoin should not lost its value as a currency and is intended to be used and sold and not to just hold it forever.The more demands for bitcoin in the market,the price will surely goes up even higher than what most people expected.

That's why we have the responsibility to let the public know this kind of technology, I started to do my personal information drive in some of my friends here in my country about blockchain, what is the benefits of knowing and using it, and at the same time they will become interested in bitcoin and other alts.. Don't allow false information from social media, specially to those who are taking advantage using this technology to scam people, This is the reason why other people begin to hate bitcoin, it is because of some false and hype information.

Yes! many people who are new in this industry doesn't have enough knowledge about cryptocurrency although they have idea about it, they don't fully understand how it works especially blockchain. I admit to myself that i don't understand 100% all about bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

Blockchain technologies is the future of our financial system and though people did not know the technicalities of it but they are investing in it.  The people that invested in icos and new projects did not know how it works and what they are really putting their money in but had about how people are doubling their investments and went into it and at the end lose their funds. Blockchain technology is transparent,  decentraliziation and therefore third party are not involved before transactions no matter the amount involved.

Perhaps they witnessed the success story of a friend and decided to invest some few bucks, wishing to make profit in a month's time. well at some point people started advertising bitcoin as "to the moon", "HODL", and stuff like that and then price went up too fast and too big like it usually does so we ended up with a large number of people who were only interested in making profit (when to buy and when to sell).
i don't think it is necessarily a bad thing. people who started like that can eventually see the real potential of bitcoin as the decentralized currency and see the other side of the coin to.

I agree. Even when the first time I heard about Bitcoin people keeps on saying they got money because of investing from Bitcoin. That is where I got interested into but the time I got here my knowledge broaden about how Bitcoin works in this crypto world. What's interesting is that when I visited the official website of Bitcoin it clearly says that Bitcoin is a new form of currency and it's a great idea I got which is not really what I've heard on social media they promote it as an investment not as a currency.

The problem with people is that they expect quick results from bitcoin in the form of huge profits. But it's not that simple now. Now you need a lot of knowledge and patience to get a really good result. And not everyone is ready for this.

This is also the problem,you don't have to consider it as investment then only the bitcoin will be able to reach its destination.For now we are holding and selling and then buying later so in this process we are going to need fiat so bitcoin will not be used as payment system and not going to have stable value until it gets traded by most of the people.

It is really necessary to think before any kind of investment, no matter crypto currencies or gold, all risks should be calculated.
But it has nothing with other ways of getting crypto. For example, working for crypto as many people do on the forum. In fact here there are no risks, you simply collect coins and do with them what ever you wish. The only thing you can loose that way is your time.

This is the second month of 2019 and some of the people inside this forum still hoping that the bull market will start, but it is contrary of what everyone's expectation, anyway, what price might be either low or high, Bitcoin is still and remain offers it's technology for everyone.. There's no denying that people are always attracted to money but understanding its development platform helps us to make a profit. You see that people don't want to think but want money, that's why the bear market is still going on.

I guess it is not a secret that most of us come to crypto world just because of possible profits (earnings).

That's correct and most of the investors do not have knowledge about what blockchain is and what is its uses and advantages. Some of my friends are also investing in Crypto Currencies even they have a few knowledge about it and the only thing that they know that Crypto Currencies will make their money multiple times fold in a short period of time but this kind of mentality isn't fit for this kind of industry and this industry is really savage if you don't have the proper knowledge about it.

If you want to know what is the number one cryptocurrency in this time then it's bitcoin. Bitcoin survive since 10 years and successfully till now. It's a well designed crypto by blockchain, now it's become the beast of crypto. Reality is bitcoin now in the eyes of the people, they want bitcoin with online transaction. It's pretty clear that bitcoin will be the number one and best crypto in the future. Bitcoin price change a lot within 10 years and it's increasing. Bitcoin is the best than other crypto then why not bitcoin in the eyes of the people?

We cannot blame 100% the investors, because nowadays all of this ICO/MN-POS project are rampant with a promise of good profit, we cannot deny the fact that some of the people specially the new one were hyped by these type of promises, hyped by good whitepaper, good website design, and also some of this projects are using some prominent personality to convince the investors, now my advice is, everyone should do their assignment to double check, make a well and depth research about every projects.

I think it's just the trend. It's easy for people to go after things that they see are gaining the attention and the trust of people. They believe that if they would follow what others did that gave them success, that such would happen to them too. That's the reality, not some many people are brave and courage enough to take their own path, knowing that discovering a new road is riddle with so many obstacles and failures, and honestly, I can't blame them because when we're talking about money, it's just so hard to just close your eyes and hope of the best. That's the concept of a master teaching a student, it's easier if someone would teach your on how to do things rather than trying to discover it on your own. However, as they say, the more risks the more rewards there is.

Yes, I think now it's all that way, the few who know Bitcoin, always look for ways to earn buying and selling, because that's what most people tell them to do, some who are merchants or sellers of products, they tend to use that ability to apply it to the market, and recently there are many new bitcoin projects, with a lot of Blockchain development, but I think people are focused on doing what they see on the news, what they sell through social networks.

Crypto World is very big and will always present many opportunities to the nascent projects, some are very lucky and get community quickly, but I think it is due to the reward they offer, but I think they should start. There is a lot of development only in bitcoin, the whitepaper says it, the important and attractive thing for people will always be simple things, just like; That the transactions are fast and safe, that large amounts of money are handled, that no government or third party can intervene in our transactions.
