Bitcointalk forum became a forum of full discrimination?

Members of this forum are coming from different countries each with different language around the world. Some speak Nihongo, tagalog, mandarin, hindi, portuguese, chinese, spanish, russian, punjab, arabic and etc. and here we focus that much on english. We have to respect these guys that is not literally good in english and they are trying to speak and learning english language. I have my respect with the moderator theymos and others here in the forum for exerting that much effort to eradicate shitposter. I may suggest for those who can give merit to try to understand the idea and not the correct way of constructing good grammars as it may not apply to them.

Another thing I saw many comments and threads here in the forum whom with high rankings usually gets irritated and does reply the comments with offensive words being used like bullshit word to disgrace one member and even get a merit (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5030983.msg45836640#msg45836640). I do not think that they would like this forum to be all about shitposter and good poster. I know that one giving merit is only for the good of the forum and sometimes one should hit hard on the face before realizing that one was doing wrong. However, we should not focus on this that much since all we really need and should talk about are the news coming from cryptocurrency updates and discussions specifically the bull run or when does market price for bitcoin to get hype. I do not think that there is a discrimination here through the differences of the languages of the members. I do believe that one gave merit to a reasonable way without the hindrance of the differences of the languages.

I apologize for this post that may seem offensive, in the end i just try to help out and as theymos said that if one could not be able to rank up then one does not belong on this forum. It was a good time though that i have been here reading some comments and threads that are sometimes funny. The solution being made by now seems effective on eradicating shitposter but the problem againts spam posts will always be a problem if one will not going to find a solid solution that will eradicate completely the problem.

I am having a hard time to post or not to post this thread. Please remove this thread if it is not necessary to voice out here! I know it so hard to get merit but i am hoping that i could get. If not then theymos is right this is not the right forum for me!

The issue of people not being able to write proper English SHOULD NOT be an issue for native English speakers. I think it's more an issue for other foreigners who don't understand the English language enough to know how forgiveable it is.

A lot of the time we get quite annoyed also because Jet Cash made the fit to talk project to help people improve their English and I think we have more English native speakers than we have had people that can't speak it so well (in this example I'm including Americans and any other country where English is the primary language - even if they've broken it a bit )

You're going to have to get used to "offensive" language also, many users will use it here (bullshit is really calling out that other user for lying about how a member has been to the forum longer than he has when really that is wrong).

I am thinking to take a break for a week from meta board  

I watch few boards and enabled email notification for the boards, meta is one of them. I went out for few hours today meaning I was not able to check my email. When I came back (after 5-7 hours) I end up having over 250 emails from BitcoinTalk and if I am not wrong than more than one quarter from meta board only LOL

There's not mcuh that seems to have been going on im meta either, it's the usual. Merit, theymos isn't doing anything (apparently).

Although, apparently it is discriminatory to call someone out for spreading bullshit when not checking facts... We're all racist pigs too also ...

Bitcointalk is for English speaking users. If you can't express your thoughts in proper English, you're free to write in your native language within the Local sections. English not being your native language is not an excuse - it isn't mine either and I've mostly learned it through constantly consuming western media, most of which is free and available worldwide via this thing called the Internet. So stop complaining and start lurking, reading, watching and listening instead.
