This forum is meant for cryptocurrency related discussions and any other thing is an addition and a secondary priority.

Yes it is, but the bounty hunters that only focus only on joining bounties would be insulted by the demotion. About the op's statement about subscription, I don't know what the OP meant about that but there is a subscription here in the forum and that is copper membership as we all know pay btc and become a copper member.
