How to report? Because my account position has return to a newbie and my signature has disappear but my activity and post are still there. I am Jr. Member i have a 51 post and activity but my position is returned into a Newbie. Please kindly help me.

Just today they announce the new meta on how to become a Jr. Member, it will be a good way to help the forum to be cleaned! As of your bounties we are same, I think some project considering this situation but for sure your signature campaign will gonna stop. Relax, just be active and visit some forums.

What is the reason for the lowering of your rank? you reported this to the moderator in order to clarify the essence of the problem?

Now i know the main reason for lowering my rank. This is not for me, this is for all of us. Because we now need 1 merit to be a junior member.  All the Jr. Member didn't meet the requirement will be demoted. They do this for the good of this forum and to avoid the spam and posting nonsense post in this forum.

You should up date forum rules before asking, already there this morning and now is the execute time. Higher rank become more difficult than before and many project become scam ( garbage ), market too slow and my money stuck in Eth. I think my condition is bad than you but this is risk I should take as bounty hunter. Just fix your post to get merit and contact your developer bounty because can obey their rules.
