Local councils /sections are the solution.

Many people angry about decision of reduce the rank of Jr.member
I think the solving for this problem
is in the activation of local councils
Everyone thinks that btc is global and must be
We all seek global adoption of the whole world
Not only the English speakers
that is why  I see that local councils do and provide merit sources  
They can handle members' posts there.

I think the people who are angry are just once who always do shit posting here and are trying to spam the forum in any way possible. Merit system was applied months ago and the demoted newbies just were unable to get any merits from months and this accounts surely deserved to be demoted to newbie

Yes, this is right but to respect this there are local boards on Bitcointalk where you can share your knowledge and work with your own language so that's not a problem to earn merits.

I just could not find any post of you worthy of merit please try your best to contribute to the forum and you will surely gain merits very easily!

There are not enough merit sources
This is a problem in local sections
Many high-ranking officials have acknowledged this
Things are not rosy anyway
We need more work than everyone else.

Yes, I know there are less number of merit sources in the local section but there are already appeals made by many people here to theymos to add more merit sources to the local section. Just hope he would implement this too in some days!

But for you I guess its not always necessary to be a expert in English to gain merits, quality post implies to a post with quality of info which is related to the topic and makes people know more about the topic you are Trying to speak. So. You also can try making sensible posts here your English will surely not be a barrier
